Job Title: Officer – Marketing (4)

Job Description

  • Undertake market research in order to find out target consumers, their needs and requirements and connect it to the company’s objectives.
  • Make a complete list of customers and be in constant touch with them, either through phone calls, mails or personal visits.
  • Keep proper records of sales and revenues.
  • Responsible for revenue generation and achieving targets.
  • Meet prospective clients and convey proper details regarding the products and services provided by the company.
  • Assist the team/s in carrying out sales and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with the clients and internally with the various departments in executing the assigned marketing tasks.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field.

Requirement/Skills

  • Good knowledge of different marketing and advertising techniques and strategies.
  • Strong consumer and product awareness.
  • Excellent contact with the advertisers.
  • Willingness to travel, ability to work independently, self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Excellent planning, organizing and follow up skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Job Title: Graphic Designer – Marketing (2)

Job Description

  • Liaising with clients to determine their requirements and budget.
  • Managing client proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production.
  • Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales.
  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
  • Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size.
  • Preparing rough drafts of materials based on an agreed brief.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
  • Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.

Qualification

  • A proficient knowledge in graphic soft-wares such as InDesign or Illustrator plus photo editing software, including Photoshop.
  • With an art background and with a 1 year or more experience in a reputed agency with working pre-press knowledge.

Requirement/Skills

  • Should be willing to work under direction, be a team player and be willing to work under pressure as and when required.
  • Graphic designers work mainly nine-to-five, but deadlines may require working additional hours.
  • Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo editing software.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.

Job Title: Executive – Finance (2)

Job Description

  • Prepared detailed account analysis and reconcile sales and debtors accounts.
  • Ensure completion of the Internal Audit for the fiscal year.
  • Provide the sales bill and the credit note to the customers on time.
  • Prepare the Bank reconciliation, coordinate and having good relation with the banks.
  • Follow ups with clients
  • Analyze Debtors data and maintain internal control documentation.
  • Enter all financial data in accounting system and maintain proper filing of the documents.
  • Advance knowledge of accounting software.
  • Prepare the complete data for the Tax Audit and VAT Reconciliation.

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Management (Specialized on finance)
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in related field.

Requirement/Skills

  • Good report writing abilities.
  • Knowledge of database systems would be advantageous.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables, graphs and data analysis.
  • Should have a positive learning attitude and the ability to work meticulously.

Job Title: Event Coordinator (2)

Job Description

  • Determine new business opportunities by analyzing business needs and development.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Build and maintain high-level contacts with current and prospective customer.
  • Assist marketing department with advertising materials/campaigns for business development functions.
  • Conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.

Qualification

  • Master Degree in Management or Equivalent
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in B2B Business Development.

Requirement/Skills

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships within centers of influence, and to partner with management team to develop new sales programs and marketing strategies.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge and the ability to communicate the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Possess excellent presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must possess at least intermediate technology skills, including knowledge of word processing and database.

Job Title: Executive – Human Resource (1)

Job Description

  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
  • Provide support to departmental heads to enable the effective application of the recruitment, performance management and compensation management process.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data.
  • Ensure proper and timely execution of HR administrative tasks.
  • Identify and implement improvements in the HR software to enhance software efficiency and utility.
  • Lead the proper implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure proper HR management; also contribute to make improvements where necessary.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Qualification

  • Master’s Degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field.

Requirement/Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of Nepal labor Act.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Should have an organized approach to work with good prioritization skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Very good initiation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package.

Job Title: Recovery Assistant(2)

Job Description

  • Responsible for collection of outstanding company debts.
  • Coordinate with clients for timely cash recovery.
  • Follow up clients for recovery of receivables from debtors
  • Responsible for the delivery of bills to clients efficiently.

Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

Requirement/Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should be confident and polite
  • Must have basic computer knowledge
  • Must possess own vehicle and valid license.
