Officer- Retail Sales
JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Retail Sales Officer will be responsible for Merchant Activation, Visibility and Merchant Enrollment.
Job Location : We are looking for Retail Sales Officer for these locations : Itahari, Janakpur, Chitwan, Kathmandu, Pokhara, Butwal and Nepalgunj.
Number of Requirements : 1 in each location
RESPONSIBILTIES
Ø Responsible to increase the acquisition of merchants all over the assigned region.
Ø Responsible to increase the transaction of already acquired and new merchants as per the target.
Ø Responsible for the visibility of Fonepay in our merchants in assigned area.
Ø Collaborate with business line management across all functional areas.
Ø Responsible for the merchant experience with our product/services.
Ø Responsible to convert the current dormant merchant into the active merchant.
Ø Responsible to ensure the delivery of all standees to the merchant via bank.
REQUIREMENT
Ø Bachelors in Marketing, Business Studies or any other related field.
Ø 3-4 Years of experience in sales, marketing, retail sales or FMCG retail sales.
OTHER SKILLS
Ø Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ø Quick and self-learner
Ø Think outside of the box
Ø Collaborate with cross functional team
Ø Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
