Position Summary: Research and Development Officer shall help prepare new product brief and documents based on new product concept, new ideas, target audience, position statement and product specifications
Job Description
- Preparing packaging design specification including the material, quality, color, size etc
- Analyzing the sales report to make inference of current sales against the targeted sales growth, total value, sales contribution and other sales metrics
- Conducting industry and market analysis to understand the current market scenario and the company’s position
- Conducting market research, behavior-based research and visiting onsite to ensure the proper distribution and positioning of the product along the value chain
- Ensuring the smooth operation of CSR activities in co-ordination with agents and analyzing potential new ones
