MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Proper entry of Lead in CRM and follow up accordingly
• Convert into Opportunities and Schedule for installation
• Identify and resolve customer complaints
• Meet given sales target accordingly
• Other responsibilities assigned by Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Intermediate completed or Bachelors running with at least 1year working experience in follow-up, Billing, Customer service, field sales
• Should have Good Communication Skills and able to negotiate with customers (Negotiation skill)
• Must have friendly attitude and willingness to work in flexible schedule
• Familiar with in-house software like Retail CRM, e-bill, Task Ticket, e-support
• Basic knowledge of Computer and Microsoft office package.
