Job Specification
Education Level : Bachelor
Experience Required : More than or equals to 3 years
Other Specification
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
• At least 3-5 years of industry sales experience
• Strategic leadership ability
• Must be fluent in English
Note: Must have valid two-wheeler license
Job Description
• Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
• Visit customers/ be in touch with customer digitally on a regular basis and canvass for new customers
• Follow-up on leads, prospects, and customer related matters
• Coordinate with Technical and Product Development Teams for customized orders
• Attend to customer complaints on products and services
• Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns (Physically & Digitally)
• Provide information on outstanding dues to the finance department and coordinate
