Other Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Management field, preferably BBA
• Candidates with some experience in the related field will be given priority. However, freshers with quick learning ability are strongly encouraged to apply


• Strong communication skills; Proficient in written and spoken English
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications. Good presentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of designing and implementing business development strategy preferred


• Mature and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Willing to travel inside and outside Kathmandu valley

Note: License holder with own two wheeler are highly preferred

Job Description

• Plan and execute all sales related activities and ensure monthly sales target is met
• Track all appointments, sales, customer complaints, status reports etc. thoroughly for review
• Schedule and follow through on calls with current clients. Advise on appropriate purchase options
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships. Ensure proper customer relationship management documentation is maintained
• Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
• Prepare timely reports and presentations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
