Other Specification
At least 4 years of experience in the Financial Service sector along with a minimum of 2 years preferably relevant experience in Digital Financial Service including the Payment Industry and aware of the digital payment system.

- Sound knowledge of Digital Company, Fintech Ecosystem, Digital strategy, Software Vendors related to Cooperative, Microfinance, and other Financial Institute also NRB Directives and practices of Nepali Companying industry.
Job Description
- Establish effective communication with all BFI, Cooperatives, Service APIs, and Remittance clients.
- Understand and execute the operational procedures for onboarding, engaging, activating, and growing the Fund mobility and service consumption.
- NRB Daily and Monthly Reporting in coordination with the Compliance department.
- Ensure MOU closure of Banks, Bank Transfer, and Service API partners, Remittance, Cooperatives, and Micro Finance Institutions.
- Provide assistance during the onboarding process of Bank Transfer and Service API partners, Remittance, Cooperatives, and Micro Finance Institutions Clients that includes:
- Creating a virtual chat group for instant communication
- Providing UAT account in the staging server and forwarding credentials
- Ensuring proper and instant response from technical team members during the testing of API.
- Creating a Live account and adding services and commission as per the agreement. And provide live account credentials.
- Ensure the recovery of API Integration cost/AMC and share the report with the finance department.
- Maintain physical and e-filing of the signed agreement and share with the department members.
- Regular follow-up for account activation and ensure to upsell the revenue-generating services to all the existing clients considering their service scope and need and make a report.
- Address the overall operational issues of the partners and escalate technical and account-related issues as and when required to ensure a timely response.
- Plan for the joint promotion with the onboarded cooperatives and microfinance institutions.
- Draft MoU for new leads with proper service and commission requirements.
- Follow-up with all existing Micro finances, Cooperatives, and Software vendors to analyze and implement their needs of concern.
