Division : 2 Wheelers TVS
Showroom Management:
- Timely opening the showroom
- To ensure cleanliness and discipline in showroom
- To develop a customer friendly environment in the showroom for better performance
- To ensure minimum vehicle stock is maintained
- To ensure that proper bikes are received from PDI and to fill the PDI checkup form
- To ensure proper functioning and cleanliness of all showroom vehicles
Customer Responsibility:
- Ensure customer hospitality is maintained.
- Clean customer lounge with reading and visual material
- Ensure that all customer is offered refreshment
- Personally deal with every customer and close the deal where necessary
- Personally handle any pre or post sales grievances and provide solutions
Reports:
- Stock maintenance and forward the report of the same to the management daily and monthly
- Sending the daily report to the management as per the format prescribed
- Cash book and day book maintenance and forward the same to the head office
- Accessories stock maintenance
- To forward monthly report to the management as per the format prescribed
- Reporting the delivery of bikes to logistics
Delivery and Post Delivery Responsibilities:
- Ensure the customers is well briefed about the vehicle before delivery
- Ensure that RTO work is done timely and there is no hassle to the customer
- Ensure billing process is done properly
- Collect and deposit cash and cheque in bank
- Deal with the customers on the deal closing process and to be present in absence of any sales person for the purpose of sales
Daily Sales and Enquiry Tracking:
- To ensure that enquiry follow up is done timely
- Daily tracking of sales and enquiry
- Ensuring customer handling by standard procedures
- Should have daily up to date knowledge of customer walk in and their status
- Should analyse the status of Hot, Warm and Cold customer status and their movement
- Should identify the reason for lost customer and provide remedies
- Should track Target v/s Achievement of sales and enquiry and provide feedback to management
Team Responsibility:
- Identify training needs to all team members
- Provide self training about product and arrange for training
- Ensuring attendance of staff and discipline staff appearance
