1. Finance Head
Job Specifications:
- Certification as a Chartered Accountant.
- A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in financial planning and management.
- Special Consideration shall be given to the candidate having experience in working FMCG and Automobile Division
- Job requires the highest level of problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to appropriately handle confidential and/or sensitive corporate information.
- Extensive experience and adaptability to computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and solve complex operational issues.
2. Sr. Legal Manager
Job Specification
- Must have Bachelor/Masters Degree in Law
- At least 4-5 years of experience in handling corporate legal affairs
- Excellent working knowledge of legal system, process and procedure
- Fluency and strong writing/verbal skills in Nepali and English
- Knowledge of all applicable laws, rules and regulations
- Ability to prepare complex legal documents
- Skill in drafting legal documents/instruments
- Should be able to handle all legal matters independently
- Good ability of Nepali Typing
- Valid Driving License of Motorcycle
