1. Minimum qualification:
A) Nepali citizen
B) Minimum academic qualification:
a. For Lower secondary level: I.Ed. graduate in related subject (I.Sc. graduate will be valid for science and maths subject)
b. For Secondary level: B.Ed. graduate in related subject (B.Sc. graduate for science and maths subject and B.E. (Computer) for computer subject will be valid.
c. For Primary level: Certificate level/10+2 (intermediate) or equivalent graduate
d. For Computer operator: Certificate level/10+2 (intermediate) or equivalent graduate with 3 months computer course
C) Age: Not exceeding 18 to 40 years
D) Service facilities: Rs.31000/- monthly for secondary level, Rs.25000/- lower secondary level, Rs.21000/- for primary level and according Nepal government scale for computer scale
