Academic Qualification: CA/ACCA with Bachelors Degree
Experience: At least 2 years work experience in Insurance Companies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive the company’s financial planning.
- Preform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
- Decide on investment Strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
- Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure.
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.
Position: Training and Development Officer
Academic Qualification: Master’s degree in Management
Experience: At least 2 years work experience in Insurance Companies.
Salary: Negotiable
Age: Not exceeding 45 years.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess training needs within a company.
- Meet with managers and supervisors to ascertain needs.
- Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs.
Position: Branch and Regional Managers, Marketing personals & Underwriter
Location: Outside Valley
Academic qualification: Graduates in Management
Salary: Negotiable
Age: Not exceeding 45 years.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to handle and convince mass community of people.
- Committed to achieving Company’s business target.
- Excellent selling capability and ability as well as the desire to coach selling techniques to the team.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizing and planning skills.
