A Reputed Financial Institution, having network throughout the country, aspiring to grow, seeks application from result oriented, competent, energetic and self motivated professional (Nepalese citizen) for the following positions:
Position: Credit Manager (up to Assistant Manager for Butwal Region)
Academic Qualification and Experience:
- The candidate should have Masters Degree in Management / Finance / Economics or equivalent degree from recognized University.
- The candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in banks and financial institutions (BIFs). Preference will be given to prior experience in Commercial Bank / Development Bank
Age: Should not exceed 45 as on application date.
Other Knowledge And Skills Required:
- Should have in-depth knowledge of credit operations.
- Should possess knowledge of NRB Directives and prevailing laws applicable to financial sectors.
- Should possess excellent business communication, financial analysis and inter personal skills.
- Prior experience in Managing NPAs shall be an added advantage.
- Should have adequate knowledge of potential loan market and develop referral network in order to locate prospects for loan.
- Proficient in operating Pumori IV Banking Software shall be an added advantage.
