Position: Associate Project Officer – Women’s Rights Programme (WRP) – II
Key Responsibilities:
Associate Project Officer is responsible to support the WRP – II project team in project designing, implementation, monitoring and partnership management based on the project agreement and AAIN Country Strategy Paper (CSP) promises and direction.
Key Competencies Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences/Development Studies/Political Science or relevant field or its equivalent from a recognised University
- At least 3-4 years of work experience in a related field in a similar organisation
- 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role
- Experience of working in action research or study
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
