1.    Electrical Engineer

Job Level: Mid-Level

Education

Education Level:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized University.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry.

Experience Required:  Relevant work experience preferred.

Required Knowledge/ Skills

• Knowhow of PLC controlled hardware & software- Siemens S-7 would be an added qualification.
• Willingness to work in different shifts in a multi-skilled environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of drives and motors, Electrical parts, Electric Panel board failure, sensor calibration and maintenance, Electric circuit, Power and control wiring.
• Work with calibration activities, backups and Support corrective maintenance in electrical, instrumentation and automation by evaluation, troubleshooting support and knowledge transfer.
• Solving all problems related to electrical & power supply in the AAC production process.
• Provide engineering support to existing facility operations for problem identification and resolution, implementation and training of new strategies to improve operational safety, reliability and efficiency
• Conduct pro-active investigation and root cause analysis to identify operational challenges.
• Able to work in shift operations.
• Monitor and maintain the production process.
• Support Production staff during operation.

2.    Quality Controller

• Good knowledge on production process of AAC Block will add value.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plan in the fields of Production process and Lab within the Production plant.
• Manage calibration activities of AAC production line, handle all lab activities and generate daily lab report.
• Handle Raw material management including feeding raw materials into production machinery along with consumables inside the production line.
• Handle production line, watch the process during production along with existing guidelines
• Provide Production Quality Control support to existing facility operations for problem identification and resolution.
• Conduct pro-active investigation and root cause analysis to identify operational challenges.
• Handle shift operators and workers on a regular basis.
• Monitor and maintain the production process, carry out quality checks, raw materials storages, work areas and equipment.

3.    Sales Coordinator

Job Level: Mid-Level

Job Responsibilities

• Complete work station based at Head Office, Balaju- Kathmandu.
• Need to visit factory (Chitwan) quarterly.
• Ladies with their own vehicle (two wheeler) can apply.
• Order collection from company’s sales staff.
• Formal dispatch order generation and trackkeeping and recording.
• Prioritize orders on FIFO or on urgency basis.
• Prepare reports:- Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Half Quarterly & Annually concerning with sales target, sales and collection of the company.
• Quotations/ Pro-forma Invoice generation.
• Check and reconcile the balance of transportation bills against dispatch details and agreed vendor contracts.
• Tracking and forwarding of international procurement.
