An International Development Organization that works to improve the lives of children living in urban poverty is seeking candidates for the following position

Position: Programme Manager

Number of Vacancies: 1

Major Responsibilities:

This position reports to CEO and is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the organisation’s overall in- country programme/projects- managing a team of three project staff; providing management support to local implementing partners and ensuring the quality implementation of all programme components.

Essential Qualification, Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years programme/project management experience in development settings
• Strong expertise in project cycle management
• Excellent interpersonal, good leadership skills, communication and report writing skills
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• A good team player and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
