Job Specification
Education Level : Bachelor
Experience Required : More than or equals to 1 year
Other Specification
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or business
• Minimum a year of experience in related field
• Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications
• Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills
Job Description
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
• Assist with other accounting/ financial projects
