Position: Chief- Business Development (Managerial Level)

Job Location : Manbhawan, Lalitpur
Job Descriptions
• Managing BSS staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process.
• Providing admin support to the Management
• Producing financial reports and liaising with the Taxation Office
• Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
• Maintaining employee records and paperwork
• Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures
• Knowledge & understanding of national accounting and auditing standards
• Expert knowledge of statutory requirements (Tax, VAT, labour, contractual)
• Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
• Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Other Specificaions
• Chartered Accountants from recognized institution with at least seven years experience
• Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
• Good understanding of labor laws
• Must have Computer Literacy in Words, Excel and other management software
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good decision-making skills
• Strong ethical standards
• Must possess 2/4 wheeler driving license
