JOB DESCRIPTION :

To ensure the job card opening in the given time frame.
To ensure the technician / bay allocation as per the work.
To ensure customer interaction and satisfaction on the floor as required.
To ensure the implementation of the troubleshooting checklist.
To ensure implementation of VIS.
To ensure housekeeping and basis hygiene of the floor.
To track daily and monthly reports of the workshop and review it (daily vehicle diary, VOR).
To ensure the proper uniform of the technicians and down the line staff.
To guide and coach to down the line staff regarding day to day operation on the floor.
To ensure that all the service processes from job card opening to billing are followed.
To ensure and monitor to working with special tools on the floor through mechanics.
To measure and monitor the work time of deputed mechanic on the particular vehicle to make
To monitor and ensure all mechanics and down the line staff are working in their full capacity.
To ensure daily reporting through mails or other as required.
To ensure profitability of the workshop.
To ensure all manpower requirements fulfilled as required for day to day operation on the floor.
Motivate to down the line staff for better outcome from them with internal training daily or weekly.
To keep Same Day Delivery above 85%.
To make sure to achieve the spares, lube, labor and CSI targets as per job card and workshop target.
To ensure the use of recommended genuine spare parts and lubricants in the workshop and zero tolerance for non-genuine spare parts and lubricants.
