Education Level : Bachelor

Experience Required : More than or equals to 2 years

Other Specification

  • Bachelors in Management with minimum 2 years of work experience
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft proficiency, Photoshop & designing tool
  • Working knowledge of computer and related equipment
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Should have email etiquette
  • Should be able to type in english and in Nepali
  • Should have designing skill and have good knowledge of Photoshop and other tools

Job Description

  • Answering, Screening and Forwarding incoming calls/emails
  • Prepare, process and track letters, Quotations and Orders both in Nepali and English
  • Coordinate with couriers, transporter and custom agents as of needed
  • Proper filing and records keeping of official documents like incoming/outgoing letters, attendance, vehicle and equipment logbook
  • Provide support for stationary and ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, Power backup, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques
  • Responsible for the tidy, harmonious and safety of the office equipment, office premises and office assets for the smooth operations
  • Ensure for timely bill payment of water, telephone, internet, insurance
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Responsible to design ID, Banners, Flex, Advertisements and vacancy announcements
  • Update Websites with designing tools and content
