Based in Nepal. Bottle is an R&D-centered company and consumer product development over technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things along with research in the field of Urbanism and consumer behavior all is implemented in designing core products for its partners and towards its rich vision of Payment Intelligence Platform. (A fusional platform for both Payment services and Market Intelligence made off of end-to-end Hardware and Software Suites.)
Incorporated in late-2018, we work in a diversified role over Machine Learning, UX Design, Interaction Design, OS/Software Development, Industrial Design, and Hardware/Firmware Development. Our goal is to create eco-systems of beautifully made products, to do such we have collaborated with a few yet influential brands in Nepal under anonymous projects rebuilding the entire customer interactive architecture of their respective services, amongst all the partners we share the trait of Analytics, Payments, Customer-Centered Design and Urban Crowd.
The Job:
- Design logos, banners, mascots, and other design materials as per the requirement of the company and partners for a website, office activities, and other purposes.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends. - Identify the best ways to illustrate and communicate the partner’s vision while complying with design best practices.
- Select colours, images, typography and layout for communication materials, including websites, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as digital marketing and business operations, throughout the various phases of a project.
- Conceptualise and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns.
- Develop company brands to increase brand presence.
- Bring innovative digital ideas to life with superior creativity.
- Collaborate with project manager/tech/design leads in order to achieve successful delivery of design tasks.
- Collaborate with Marketing and the Sales Team in order to enhance online presence in various platforms like websites, social media etc.
- Able to articulate and defend design decisions in a professional manner.
- Identify copy mistakes, ensure required logo(s) or legal language, collaborate with the design team to ensure high quality image or video output in final delivery.
- Responsible for ensuring production-ready files and providing design source files to partners.
- Strong eye for aesthetics that propels and contributes to visual design landscape.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Properly labels and manages files and folders for all creative assets and resources company-wide on various cloud platforms.
- Effective presentation skills to clients to discuss strategic visual solutions and professionalism in client-facing meetings will be an added advantage.
The Fit:
- 2+ years of creative design experience
- Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (Knowledge of After Effects is a plus)
- Experience in working with print media
- At least 2+ years of experience working as a Graphic Designer
- A strong ability for conceptualising, planning, process, and communicating goals right through to completion
- Must have an excellent eye for design, typography, and layout
- Attentive to small details and meticulous in execution
- Capacity to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment and flexible to business’ needs
- Should have a hunger for creativity
- An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
- Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
