Bottlers Nepal Limited and Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited are manufacturers and distributors of Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Kinley and other range of products of The Coca-Cola Company in Nepal.
Position: Plant Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly maintenance planning in coordination with concerned departments
- Deliver departmental KPI’s (Line Efficiencies, Energy Usages, Safety KPIs etc.)
- Coordinate with Engineering department for Planned maintenance
- Deliver Manufacturing KPI’s (Line Efficiencies, Yields, Quality Parameters etc)
- Implementation of 5S, TPM, Lean tools in the shop floor
- Maintain Shopfloor GMP
- Comply with all applicable systems of ISO, The Coca Cola Company requirements
- Train and motivate team for best out put
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
- Bachelor of Engineering – Electrical or Automation
- Should be familiar with Industrial Automation/PLC Systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with diagnostic tools
- Knowledge of electrical codes and best practices
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment
- Should be able to handle system Audits
- Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
