The British Council has had a presence in Nepal since 1959. The British Council office in Nepal has been active in improving the teaching and learning of English, education sector projects and partnership programs, education promotion, UK examination and policy dialogue activities. British Council has also delivered range of Skills programmes in South Asia.
Position: Events Co-ordinator (National)
Duration: 8-10 months

The British Council is sourcing and selecting an administrative position for the role of Events Co-ordinator (National) for its SSDP-TA project based in Sanothimi. The TA is co-funded by EU and ADB and implemented by the British Council.
Qualifications required to apply for this post are:
The Events Coordinator shall have preferably Bachelor’s degree in management or social sciences with preferably 2 years of experience of providing administrative and logistics support for large scale events, study tours, workshops/trainings to donor funded projects including 1 year experience of working in a similar role/position.
