CBIL Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Citizens Bank International Ltd., is an established and leading Investment/Merchant Bank of Nepal, located at Batuleghar, Dillibazar, Kathmandu. The Company has currently been working in the field of Investment Banking and Merchant Banking Sectors that includes Investment Management (Mutual Fund, Portfolio Management), RTA/RTS services, Issue Management, Underwriting etc. The company aims to build-up professional team by inviting applications from young, dynamic, competent and result oriented Nepalese citizens in the following positions:

Position: Deputy Chief Executive Officer/Manager Level Staff

Number of Vacancies: 1

MBA or Master’s degree in finance/economics/management or equivalent from a recognized university with first division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4 or possesses professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA. Candidate must have thorough understanding of Nepalese capital market, securities acts and regulations. The candidate should have at least 4 years in managerial level working experience in merchant banking/banking/FIs sectors with excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills & managerial skills. The candidate should be capable of formulating & executing strategies to promote the business & explore new opportunities under corporate advisory services including private equity and venture capital. Age should not exceed 45.

Position: Department Heads (Officer level staff)

Number of Vacancies: Few

MBA or Master’s degree in finance/economics/management or equivalent from a recognized university with first division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4, having minimum 3 years relevant working experience in capital market of Nepal or possesses professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA (preference shall be given to candidates having working experience in capital market). The candidate should have an understanding of securities market, including good understanding of government acts & regulations for capital market as well as thorough understanding of technical analysis and fundamental analysis of share of managing DMAT, RTS/RTA, issue and underwriting. Age should not exceed 35 years.

Position: Marketing Staff (Officer/Supervisor level)

Number of Vacancies: Few

Officer:
MBA or Masters’ degree specialized in marketing or equivalent form a recognized university with first division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4, having minimum 3 years experience in marketing of financial product and/or capital market products. Experience in BFI’s capital institution is preferable. Age should not exceed 35 years.

Supervisor:
Bachelor’s degree in finance/economics/management from a recognized university with at least second division or CGPA 2.5 out of 4 having minimum 2 years relevant working experience in capital market of Nepal. Age should not exceed 30 years.

Position: Supporting Staffs (supervisor/Assistant level)

Number of Vacancies: Few

Supervisor:
Bachelor’s degree in finance/economics/management from a recognized university with at least second division or CGPA 2.5 out of 4, having minimum 2 years relevant working experience in capital market of Nepal. Age should not exceed 30 years.

Assistant:
Bachelor’s degree in management or economics from a recognized university with at least second division or CGPA 2.5 out of 4. Preference will be given to the candidates who have experience in capital market. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Age should not exceed 30 years.
