Position: Branch In-Charge (Officer Level)
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant subject, master degree preferred
- Experience in BFIs is mandatory
- Ability to check credit histories, assess risk and make decisions on lending

- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Position: Credit Department (Officer to Assistant Level)
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects
- Experience in BFIs is preferred
- Ability to check credit analysis and histories, assess risk and make decisions on lending
- Age not exceeding 30 years
Position: Operation Department (Officer to Assistant Level)
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects
- Proficiency in Computer operation required
- Experience in BFIs is preferred
- Age not exceeding 30 years
Position: IT Department (Supervisor to Assistant Level)
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT
- Experience with MS SQL database
- Experience in BFIs is preferred
- Age not exceeding 30 years
Position: Legal Department (Officer to Assistant Level)
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law
- Experience in BFIs is preferred
- Age not exceeding 40 years
Candidates are expected to be proficient in both written and spoken English/Nepali with excellent marketing, communication and interpersonal skills and be a computer literate with working knowledge.
