Senior Executive / Ast Manager – Finance and Account

What are we looking for ?
– Coordinate with sister concerned business unit personals & collect the ledger for inter unit reconciliation, BRS & excise duty reconciliation to be made on monthly basis within timeline.
– Coordinate among HR, admin & time office for timely submission of attendance, Advances (i.e. salary advance, casual advances) to be settled properly & applicable TDS an salary to be checked properly
– Check & ensure all the relevant supporting accounting documents properly before making any entry, Coordinate among the inter (departments for timely booking of expenses).
– Preparation of Monthly Accounting MOR, preparation of reconciliation statement (BRS, Inter unit reconciliation, excise duty reconciliation & others if any)
