What are we looking for ?
– Coordinate with respective HR Head for preparation of annual HR budget of the respective unit comprising manpower cost-training, cost-engagement and welfare, HR activities and admin related cost etc.
– Coordinate with talent management team, prepare organogram and perform end to end recruitments for Corporate through Vendors, Portals and Job Posting, and manage the daily recruitment and resignation tracker.
– In-depth knowledge of Labour law, employment relations, wages and remuneration, health & safety, social security etc.
– Minimum bachelor degree holder with more than one year experience in Human Resource
– Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail etc.
