Real Estate Marketing Head – GM

What are we looking for ?
– Monitoring and reporting about real estate income and expenditure taxes, occupancy rates, and lease expiration dates to real estate owners and investors on a regular basis as well as collect payments.
– Negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, contractors.
– Master’s degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or project management with 15+ years’ experience in a project management, real estate, or a similar role with minimum 5+ years’ experience in Leadership role.
– In-depth knowledge of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements; Knowledge of property maintenance.
– Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, communication skills, problem solving skills, decision making skills, ability to work under pressure., strong project reporting skills etc.
