CG Net announces vacancies for the position of L1 Support (5 No’s) based in Satungal, Kathmandu.
Job Specification:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1+ years in ISP or CCNA certified
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Major Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls in a timely manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Lead follow-ups and conversion.
- Handle customer complaints, obtain and examine all relevant information to assess the validity of complaints and determine possible causes.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments, as well as actions, are taken.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication by identifying and assessing customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction;
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Core Competencies:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
- Attention to detail with proactive and ability to plan on assigned tasks.
- Ability to synthesize the information based on available data.
- Excellent interpersonal teamwork, and time management skills.
