What are we looking for?

• Maintain high level relationships with remittance industry in Nepal and strategic business development with international exchange house. High level negotiation on the development of tie-ups with exchange house around the globe.
• Strategic realignment of digital remittance with international corridors and expansion of CG Pay for digital remittance.
• Overseeing the management of the bank in Nepal and foreign banking units and coordinate with the bank’s management to prepare plan on how to achieve the budget target.
• Oversee the function and roles of top management and coordination to implement the board’s decision as per the stakeholder’s expectation.
• Master degree with 10+ years’ experience in banking and remittance industries, with in-depth knowledge of online remittance and related payment flows, operations risk in banking and remittance sector.
