Civil Bank Limited, Class “A” Commercial Bank of Nepal, Requires pool of competent human Resources for its sustainable growth objectives to be achieved through controlled aggression and seeks applications for the following positions from competent Nepalese candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, high professional standards and integrity for its existing and upcoming branches spread across the country:

Position: Operations Assistant – 50 Positions – (CIBL-OA-04-2020)

Level: Assistant Level (S1/S2)

Required Knowledge & Skills:

The candidate is required to be able to deal with the customers constantly throughout the banking hours and not only help the customer have a good experience but also offer them an experience that exceeds their expectations.

 Experience:

  • At least 1 year of banking experience in operations/sales.

Position: Operation Incharge – 15 Positions (CIBL-OI-03-2020)

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • The position is responsible to drive entire operation of the assigned branch, provide excellent service to customers, control costs and ensure all operational functions are properly performed by the staff while conveying a feeling of trust, service, security and satisfaction to customer.

 Experience:

  • At least 3 years of banking experience for Officer Level and 2 years of banking experience for Assistant Level in cash/remittance/customer service.

Position: Relationship Manager – 30 Positions (CIBL-RM-02-2020)

Level: Officer Level (01/02), Assistant Level (S4)

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Candidate is required to be enthusiastic in generating new business by identifying opportunities for possible sales for credit/deposit products and other ancillary services , building and maintaining relationships with customers, offering them banking products and advising them on various banking related queries.

 Experience:

  • At least 3 years of banking experience for Officer Level and 2 years of banking experience for Assistant Level in credit/deposit sales.

Position: Branch Manager – 15 Positions (CIBL-BM-01-2020)

Level: Managerial Level (MI, Officer Level (03/02)

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Candidate needs to be acquainted with overall credit/deposit sales and fundamental knowledge of operational functions of the bank and have the ability to lead diverse team effectively, demonstrate strong sense of work ethics, and have strong drive with a demonstrated willingness to take on challenging sales targets.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of banking experience for Managerial Level and 3 years of banking experience for Officer Level in credit/deposit sales and basic operations.

Note: The applicant must be presently working at the same level or one level below the position applied for.

Minimum criteria for applied positions:

1. Managerial Level: 29 to 50 years for male candidates and for female candidates age should not exceed 55 years as of last date of vacancy notice. Preference shall be given to candidates having Master’s Degree or equivalent from recognized university/college.

2.  Officer Level: 22 to 40 years for male candidates and for female candidates age should not exceed 45 years as of last date of vacancy notice. Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university/college

3. Assistant Level: 19 to 30 years for male candidates and for female candidate age should not exceed 35 years as of the last date of vacancy notice. Intermediate level from a recognized university/college
