Job Description:
The Creative Children Development Program (CCDP) is a social, non-governmental and non-political organization that works to promote the rights, welfare and development of children from marginalized backgrounds through education.
Work Station: Pokhara-15, Tutunga
Position: Children Home Warden – Female [1]
Key Responsibilities:
- To look after and assist children’s daily activities at children home.
- Manage the various activities in the children home and update to the Program Manager.
- Monitoring, counseling and mentioning the children.
- To assist in the office work and report writing.
- Compulsory to stay at CCDP home.
Knowledge/Qualification/Experience for the position:
- Candidates must have completed intermediate level in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 years’ working experience among children
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Report writing skills
- Must have a valid two wheeler license.
- Fluency in spoken and written Nepali and English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred if she have any social work development training.
