Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Management (BBS or BBA)
Basic Requirement in Candidate:
- Accounting Software (Tally) and MS Office Package (esp. Word and Excel)
- Fluent in Writing and Spoken English and Nepali Language
- Good Moral and Ethics, should cope-up with organizational Pressure
- Assist Senior Accountant and Finance Controller in several accounts and Financial reports, documents and files.
Position: Correspondence and Document Handling Officer
Number of Vacancies: 1
Qualification: Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA)
Basic Requirement in Candidate:
- Fluent in Written and Spoken English and Nepali (a MUST)
- Good Command in MS Office Software
- Good Knowledge on Correspondence Drafting
- Good Moral and Ethics and Communication Skills.
- Age Limited 30 years (Max) whether Male or Female
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with several stakeholders (Like Banks, government agencies debtors and creditors)
- Assist Key Managerial Person (KMP) in drafting several letters, notices, circulars, orders ( including LC Draft)
- Regular follow – up with third parties regarding documents, files and drafts.
- Periodical Reporting to KMPs.
- Maintain a Good Documentation System.
