Job Description
The Marketplace team at Daraz manages the complete journey, experience, performance, and engagement of marketplace sellers for Daraz. We are seeking a talented team lead with strong analytical skills to support the compliance function regionally in order to build the right systems and processes for compliance.
- Review and enforcement of standardized policies and guidelines across countries.
- Set up strong compliance measures across countries to minimize policy breaches and identify gaps.
- Run Bi-weekly Seller scorecard and indemnify the sellers on the order limits
- Finalize the Financial Indemnifications as per payment cycle
- Handle Growth Center in Seller Center
- Handle Seller Appeals and Claims for financial and non-financial indemnifications
- Build clear education plans for sellers in order to combat education gaps.
- Work with product and data teams to launch smart systems to identify fraudulent behavior.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters in any field (Engineering preferred)
- Two plus years of relevant professional experience
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas, etc.)
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product and Data teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Adapts well to fast-paced working environment
