Job Description
- Key focus of the Campaign Ops Associate will be to follow up on all day-on-day operational tasks with relevant stakeholders to meet department wise KPIs. The Campaign Ops Associate will maintain liaison with relevant stakeholders to plan Campaigns and optimize the campaigns with relevant metrics. In addition, the Campaign Ops Associate will create SOPs and Work process to streamline the workflow and amplify team efficiency and independence for their given tasks. Campaign Ops associate should have clear visibility on Day-on-day GMV, DAU, Order, CTR, PDP outflow, CR, Treasure Bowl Performance and report to HOD on any actionable areas on a daily basis.
- Close Coordination with Commercial, Marketing, Marketplace and S&P team regarding upcoming, ongoing and concluding campaigns to drive business growth and performance
- Focused on overall improvement of campaign performance, execution of Day-on-day optimization efforts and execution of campaigns that are KPI driven consulting with relevant stakeholders
- End-to-end project management of all campaigns and close coordination on execution and Departmental PMO creation for Tier 1 campaigns.
- Creating weekly/monthly campaign performance reports and enforcing necessary action points through relevant stakeholders -Maintaining/creating weekly/monthly campaign spec sheets to streamline task assignments and execution and to provide visibility to all stakeholders on day-on-day campaign execution plans.
- Identifying new scope for the teams for overall company growth
- Reviewing the merchandising strategy and campaign page creation process and streamlining/bridging the gap between the Merchandising, onsite and design team. -Day-on-Day onsite real-estate planning based on recent and historical campaign performance in alignment with merchandising/commercial strategy.
- Ensuring equal opportunity is being practiced while planning campaigns and onsite visibility by making sure all the categories and business types get similar type of visibility on the app and website.
- Raising platform issues that hinder campaign execution and analysis to relevant stakeholders for resolution – ticket creation -Understanding all Tools & Platforms used by the department at an operational level in order to identify gaps and areas of improvement which serve as feedback for the regional team to enhance UI and user-efficiency
Requirements
- A bachelors Degree in related field
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration
- Excellent communication skills to co-ordinate and communicate
- Must be able to work efficiently with team
- Must be able to judge and make decisions accordingly
