Job Description

  • Structure seller acquisition strategy per cluster together with the category / product team and organize lead generation matching these needs
  • Help structure seller acquisition; incubation processes to organize hunting of key target sellers and allow them to sell high revenue within 3 months
  • Interact with stakeholders of different teams involved in Marketplace Operations to ensure new seller processes are fully aligned with strategy and empowered by other dependent functions / units
  • Responsible for leads generation & acquisition of high-value sellers to acquire and onboard
  • Identify new avenues for seller acquisition to grow the platform
  • Ideate, execute, & track new initiatives to acquire new sellers
  • Manage various stakeholders, both internal and external, and act as a liaison for new sellers
  • Consistently meet target KPIs, generate and analyze data, create presentations and updates
  • Responsible for managing relationships with sellers after acquisition including supporting the onboarding process for these sellers
  • Provide market insights from the seller perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics

Requirements

  • Bachelors / Masters Degree in Business, Marketing, Math/Statistics
  • 4-5 years of work experience required in related industry
  • Prior experience in Sales/ Business development is a plus
  • Experience as team lead/ manager with strong Excel, analysis and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A problem solver with good time management skills
