Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring network availability by monitoring all network equipment (Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Servers, Access Points, Routers etc.) also performing all necessary maintenance operations.
- Setup, configuration of access control, switch, router, firewalls and other in-house applications including updating patch, firmware.
- Ensure all IT infrastructure incidents are reported and responded to within the established SLA.
- Lead local and regional IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
- Develop and maintain documentation for technical guidelines as needed.
- Create and maintain knowledge base and wiki documentation.
- Coordinate with Regional Team for resolution of network/server infra issues.
- Maintain data security and confidentiality of all sensitive documents, data and information.
- Providing local/remote support to users on network, official applications, any other technical issues making use of ticketing system whenever necessary.
- Manage, setup and troubleshoot Audio Video system.
- Setup, troubleshoot and monitoring of CCTV, Access control.
- Collaborate with another department/team leads for requirement analysis.
- Should be flexible working off hours as per the need.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics & Communication or related field.
- 4-5 years or above ideally in network & system.
- Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, DHCP, DNS, PRTG.
- Good knowledge of Networking (VLAN, OSPF, BGP) and Server infra (VMware, EXSi, vCenter, Veeam).
- Good knowledge of Linux OS, Asterisk services, Windows Server OS.
- Good knowledge of Cisco ISR routers, Cisco Catalyst switches, Fortinet/Sophos firewalls, Mikrotik routers.
- Experience in data center managements
- Analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Excellent interpersonal, planning & organizational skills.
- Knowledge of CCNA/Linux/Virtualization will be added advantage
