Job Description
- Schedule training time with sellers
- Handle sellers in a classroom/virtual training
- Convince sellers to comply with company policies
- Relist the sellers delisted form the scorecard
- Learn Daraz systems and processes as and when guided
- Constant follow up with the sellers to improve their performance in Daraz
Requirements
- Bachelor completed in any field
- At least 1 year past work experience any field
- Past experience in dealing with clients will be preferred
- Ready to learn new systems and technologies
- Good communication skill
- Excellent people handling skills – calm, soft-spoken and persuasive
- Good in system handling skills (MS Office experience)
