Job Description
• Onboard new affiliates onto Daraz’s affiliate program
• Educate new affiliates on tools & tracking mechanisms
• Troubleshoot affiliate and partner queries related to tracking, reporting & payments
• Manage key affiliate portfolio, growing account performance
• Support the head of affiliates with day-to-day execution of affiliate strategy
• Push affiliates to promote Daraz – especially during mega campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with all key affiliates
• Implementing Digital Marketing strategies/performance marketing
• Strong partner skills are required and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) knowledge is also preferred
Requirements
• 1 – 2 years of experience in e-commerce, online / performance marketing / affiliate marketing or partnership management
• Willingness to learn on the job, with a can-do attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication (grammar and writing) skills
• Proficiency in English and Nepali writing along with ability to translate, proofread and subtitle
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
