Job Description

  • Manage the backlog of sellers/KOLs trying to onboard on the platform
  • Build solution to train, onboard and incubate all newly acquired sellers to maximize performance via relevant content & format and ensure strong compliance
  • Perform initial training via calls and sharing of all relevant contents to ensure successful onboarding and focus from seller on all relevant dimensions from a quantitative aspect (sales, stream quality requirements, engagement requirements, compliance requirements etc.) and a qualitative aspect (how to access the data / performance etc.)
  • Manage robust processes to get onboarded sellers transferred to relevant KAM long-tail segment
  • Manage an incubation journey of 1 month and ensure they achieve incubation milestones

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of experience in vendor management (training, incubation or operations role)
  • Ready to learn new systems and technologies
  • Good communication skill
  • Excellent people handling skills – calm, soft-spoken and persuasive
  • Good in system handling skills (MS Office experience)
  • Need to be highly energetic, self-motivated and independent thinker
