Position: Store Officer
Job Description
- Receive all the ordered products and settle it with the purchase documents
- Ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, specifications, condition of the materials received from the suppliers
- Ensure proper delivery of products to the clients
- Establish and follow a proper recordkeeping and daily stock reporting duties
- Ensure physical inventory matches with system balance
- Identify, Notify and Keep record of damaged products, breakage in transit and other losses
- Communicate with transport companies for on-time presence of transports when needed
- Sign in labors for dispatch, loading and unloading works
- All other store related daily works
- Prepare monthly & annually material consumption & requirement reports
- Supervise store labors and getting results through efficient & effective way
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in management
- Good communication skills, reporting and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of office package
- Must possess basic IT skills
- Must be organized and punctual
- Must have an experience of 2-3 years in the same field
- Must have a 2- wheeler and a valid license
