Position: Accountant / Book Keeper
Department Name: Admin, HR & Operations
Location: Kathmandu and Other districts based on expansion
Job Title of Reporting Manager: Account Officer
Job Purpose
This position is responsible to keep day to day transactions of the company. Fair accounting system and proper handling of accounting software is necessary. Preparing accounting reports and Proper management of records both in soft & hard copy is mandatory.
Main Responsibilities/Deliverable:
• Record keeping of day to day transactions.
• Maintenance of payable & receivables accounts.
• Reporting the account status in timely manner to the officers.
• Maintaining filing system; both in soft & hard copy
Experience: 1+ years
Knowledge
• Good knowledge of accounting practices and use of software is must.
• Data entry and analysis method for reporting.
