The “Establishing Employer led Labor Market secretariat (ELMS)” Project invites qualified and eligible candidates for application to following positions. The project is led by FNCCI in collaboration with CNI, FNCSI, HAN and FCAN with support from the Dakchyata Project, funded by the European Union and managed by the British Council. The project’s objective is to create a model for Employer Associations to conduct harmonized demand side LMI activities.
Position: Communication Manager
Minimum Requirement
- Master’s Degree in relevant filed with minimum 5 years of experience in information collection, processing and dissemination (preference will be given to candidate who have experience working in TVET sector)
- Demonstrated ability to adopt appropriate communication strategy for complex and mutli-actors of private sector associations involved project
- Skills of storing and processing data and information, pictures, videography and audience friendly dissemination
- Able to produce reports, case studies, stories, note taking, handling of bulletins, communication with media etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Nepali and English Language.
Position: IT Officer
Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT with minimum 3 years of experience working in relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of networks and systems development consisting of servers and midrange computers, data and information management, operation of database and website
- IT hardware and infrastructure support
- Data management and security
- Knowledge of standard research software
- GIS-based application software
- Knowledge of online survey and data management (storing, processing and reporting)
- Willingness and ability to travel in the field is required.
Position: Admin/Finance Associate
Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant filed with minimum 2 years of experience in the project’s administration and finance
- Knowledge and skill of accounting software (preferably tally)
- Knowledge and skills on vendor management, logistic, procurement system, office data & information recording and filling
- Computer skills : MS Words, Excel, Power point including Nepali and English typing
- Demonstrated ability to work and coordinate with multiple actors including private sector associations.
- Willingness and ability to travel in the field is required.
