JOB OPPORTUNITY
Frontend Developer
F1Soft is seeking for Front-end Engineer to join the team to cover the gap in front-end development in ASBA, Express Banking and FonePoints Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create responsive web pages and build elegant and sophisticated user interfaces.
- Apply usability principles and procedures as defined by UI/UX input.
- Develop and improve user interaction with Javascript.
- Test web apps across various browsers and screen sizes to ensure it runs well on different platforms.
- Assure project quality standards and requirements are met.
- Work alongside the design team, cross-functional teams of developers and product managers to define, solve, and implement innovation, solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
- Develop and maintain detailed UI specifications and templates.
- Assist in identifying and communicating frontend best practices to the team, enhancing efficiency and performance across the department.
- Refactor, optimize and fix existing codebase for maintenance and support.
- Maintain required documentation of own’s work.
- Assist senior members in exploring and defining best frontend practices to improve the quality, reliability, and performance of the design and development processes and team.
- Perform code reviews for peers and maintain code standards.
- Mentor associates in their tasks.
REQUIREMENT
- Hands-on experience with markup languages.
- Experience with JavaScript, CSS, LESS, SASS and jQuery. Knowledge in Angular is a plus.
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
- Good sense of visual aesthetics, detail-oriented, good imagination and vision.
- Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
- Ability to follow instructions and improvise when required.
- Ability to provide clear instructions to associates and guide them.
- Experience in a fast-paced, iterative development environment using agile methodologies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 2- 3 year of experience as a Front End Engineer/Developer
