FISHTAIL ACADEMY with a long-standing history and reputation for the quality education is relocating all its from Grade 1(One) to 12(Twelve) to its new school complex Tallo Birauta, Pokjhara-17, from the new Academic Year i.e. Ashad 2078. The School has developed a world-class infrastructure and state of the art facilities, and aims at providing high quality education based on teaching-learning approaches that emphasize the holistic development of students. In order to build a team that can deliver on the mission of the school, we are seeking application from experinced , innovative and dynamic individuals for the following positions:
Position: Principal / Academic Head(Post-1)
Qualification and Experience: Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in any discipline and a minimum of five years of working experience as Academic Head (Principal / Academic Director) in a reputed school/s and a proven ability to lead a school. She / he must have the sound knowledge of progressive education, and be innovative, forward looking as well as well–versed in academic writing and verbal English.
Position: Academic Coordinators(Post-1 for each)
Primary (Grade 1-5), Middle (Garde 6-8), Lower Secondary ) Grade 9-10) & Upper Secondary (Grade 11-12)
Qualification and Experience: Candidates must have a Master’s Degree, preferably in Education with a minimum of five years of working experience in a similar position in a reputed school(s) and the knowledge of the latest pedagogic principles and the best practices.
Position: Head of Administration and operations(POst-1)
Qualification and Experience: Candidates must have an MBA with a minimum of five years of working experience in a business organization preferably in an educational institution, and a thorough knowledge of school related administration and management.
Position: Admission and Communication Officer
Qualification and Experience: Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of two years of working experience in a similar position in a reputed school(s). Fluency in English is a must.
Position: Secondary Teacher / Full Time and Part Time (Post – 2 for each subject)
Subject: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, English, Nepali, Accountancy, Economics, Business Mathematics, Marketing and Social Studies
Qualification: Master’s Degree, preferably M. Phil. in the relevant subject
Experience:
1. At least five years of teaching experience in a reputed school(s) / college(s).
2. Fluency in English is a must.
3. Must have good communication skills, strong work ethics and positive learning attitude.
4. Preference will be given to the candidates with strong academic background.
Position: Subject Teacher for Grades VI to VIII (Post – 2 for each subject)
Subject: English, Mathematics, Social Studies, Science, Nepali, Computer Science and OBTE
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Master’s Degree in the relevant subject.
Experience:
1. At least three years of teaching experience in a reputed school(s) / college(s).
2. Fluency in English is a must.
3. Must have good communication skills, strong work ethics and positive learning attitude.
4. Preference will be given to the candidates with strong academic background.
Position: Subject Teacher for Grades I to V (Post – 2 for each subject)
Subjects: English, Nepali, Social Studies, Mathematics and Science
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Master’s Degree in the relevant subject.
Experience:
1. At least three years of teaching experience in a reputed school(s) / college(s).
2. Fluency in English is a must.
3. Must have good communication skills, strong work ethics and positive learning attitude.
4. Preference will be given to the candidates with strong academic background.
Position: Lab Assistant(Post-4 for Science Lab)
Subject: Physics, Botany, Zoology and Chemistry
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject.
Experience: A minimum of two years of working experience in the relevant laboratory.
Position: Learning Support Teaches(Post-2)
Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Master’s Degree with training / specialization in special education. Candidates must be able to work with students of all levels, and provide on-site individual and / or small group instruction to students.
Position: Guidance Counselor (Post – 1 for each)
Qualification and Experience: A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with at least two years of working experience in a school setting. .
Position: Staff Nurse(Post-1)
Qualification and Experience: A minimum of PCL Nursing with three years of working experience in a hospital(s). Priority will be given to the candidates who have already worked in a school setting.
Position: IT & System Officer(Post-1)
Qualification and Experience: At least a Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science. Candidates must have the ability to monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of school.
Position: Librarian(Post-1)
Qualification and Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science with at least two years of working experience in a similar position. Candidates must be able to handle a library independently.
Position: Extra-Curricular Activities(ECA) Coordinator(Post-1)
Qualification and Experience: A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Physical Education with three years of working experience in a reputed school/college(s).
Position: Full Time/Part Time ECA Instructors(Post-1 for each)
Performing Arts (Dance, Drama And Music – Keyboard, Guitar, Percussion Instruments, Violin And Vocal),
Visual Arts (Fine Art, Collage And Sculpture And Fabric Painting),
Sports (Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Cricket, Badminton, Swimming, Lawn Tennis, Table Tennis, Wushu And Taekwondo)
