Associate Product Manager

Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, marketing, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
Required Skills/Competencies
- Ability to analyze industry trends and competitor behavior
- Strong time management skills
- Familiarity with software development life-cycle methodologies such as Agile & SCRUM
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback
- Ability to understand and discuss technology concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with product management, design, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to exchange information and respond to questions
- Translate business requirements into user stories
- Generate ideas on ways to enhance product features and participate in brainstorming sessions.
- Help manage and prioritize ideas and product backlogs
- Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and product data to help inform the product and services roadmap
- Report to the Product Manager and collaborate with the product development team
- Gather product data, including web analytics, statistics, and consumer trends
- Assist with new product or service launch execution
