About the Role
This role will provide you the opportunity to learn about General Project Management. You will work on projects that will give you hands-on experience with PM tools, project management methodology, and change management. The opportunity will allow you to sharpen your communication and problem-solving skills in a project environment with diverse teams.
Duration
- 6 months
Qualifications & Experience
- Masters Degree in relevant field (Computer Science/ Management)
- Bachelor Degree (Computer Science/ Management) with minimum 2 years of experience
- Preferred experience in IT industry*
General Responsibilities
- Support project managers/ project Leads in managing schedules and milestones; ensuring that weekly project statuses are received from team members
- Documenting resourcing needs, availability and commitments
- Manage Newsletter
- Assisting with documentation and other project deliverables
- Coordinating aspects of user testing, producing test cases; scheduling UAT cycles, setting up test data, and participating in UAT
- Prepare project status reports
- Maintain the project issue log and risk register
- Produce and analyze project performance statistics and assist project managers
- Organize training and other related sessions
