Global Action Nepal (GAN) in partnership with VSO Nepal is looking for a pro-active, self- motivated and outcome oriented person for the position of Finance and Admin Officer, based in Lamjung district for Sisters for Sisters’ Education Project-II.

Position: Finance and Admin Officer

Job Location: Beshisahar, Lamjung District

Salary and Benefits: As per organization policy.

Duration: One year (Extendable)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Account keeping in with efficiency and effectiveness
• Management of financial, admin, human resources and logistics as per the organization and project policies and compliances
• Prepare budget, budget note and financial reports in English language with effective communication

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Business Studies with at least 2-year relevant experience.

Skills and knowledge:

• Good Knowledge in Accounting and Office Management
• Good knowledge on Accounting Software: tally etc
• Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Word, Excel/ Excel Reporting
• Demonstration of Excellent Team Working and relationship building skills
