1. MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT – 2 POSITIONS – Nawalparasi – [Siddhivinayak Oils Pvt. Ltd.] – 1, [Siddhivinayak Steels Pvt. Ltd.] – 1
Responsibilities: Inspection, test, schedule, install, maintain, repair, inventory management of all electrical equipment / machineries, plant lightings specially all Batteries available in Goenka Group Factories/Plants/Offices, update and keep records of all maintenance related works as per Plant Heads.
Qualifications : Diploma/Technical Course in Electrical Engineering (CTEVT or others)
Experiences : 2 or more years of working experience as Maintenance Technician (mainly Batteries) in Plant/Factories
2. PURCHASE OFFICER – 1 POSITION – Bhairahawa – [All companies under Goenka Group] – 1
Responsibilities: Perform all purchase related works of all companies under Goenka Group from beginning to final procurement of goods & services functioning with great organizational, planning, networking & time management skills coordinating with Vendors, Banks, Customs, Logistic Companies etc.
Qualifications : Bachelors/Master Degree in Business Management/Logistics/Supply Chain Management
Experiences : 5+ years of experience as Purchase Officer in Plant/Factories and Trading House (Import/Export)
3. PRODUCTION IN-CHARGE – 2 POSITIONS – Semari, Rupandehi – [Goenka Steel Pvt. Ltd.] – 1, Nawalparasi – [Siddhivinayak Steel Pvt. Ltd -1
Responsibilities: Take full responsibilities of day-to-day operations of entire Steel Plants by planning, organizing, directing work-force, using optimally raw materials & machineries to meet production targets with NS quality control & performing all other Production related works as per Company’s Strategies
Qualifications : Bachelor/Master Degree in Mechanical/Process/Metallurgical/Industrial Engineering with Degree in Business Management
Experiences : 5+ years of working experience as Production In-charge/Head in Steel Plants
4. LAB IN-CHARGE – 1 POSITION – Semari, Rupandehi – [Goenka Steel Pvt. Ltd.] – 1
Responsibilities: Carrying out all standard Tests and all other complete associated Lab works for all Steel products using standard laboratory equipment, resources, manpower with accuracy, documentation as instructed by Plant Head/Management
Qualifications : Bachelor/Master Degree in Metallurgical Engineering / Process Engineering / Chemical Engineering
Experiences : 5+ years of working experience as Lab In-charge/Head in Steel Plants
5. OFFICE IN-CHARGE – 2 POSITIONS – Semari, Rupandehi – [Goenka Steel Pvt. Ltd.] – 1, Nawalparasi – [Siddhivinayak Steel Pvt. Ltd -1
Responsibilities: Overall management of day-to-day Office Administration, Procurement, HR , Security, Reporting as per Company’s operational policy ensuring optimum and smooth functional arrangement, management, utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, maintenance, database control etc.
Qualifications : Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Management/Office Administration
Experiences : 5+ years of working experience as Office In-charge in Steel Plant/Factory Offices
6. INVENTORY MANAGER (STOCK CONTROLLER) – 2 POSITIONS – Semari, Rupandehi – [Goenka Steel Pvt. Ltd.] – 1, Nawalparasi – [Siddhivinayak Steel Pvt. Ltd -1
Responsibilities: Oversee, plan, forecast, control, stock/inventory management of all goods/products/spare-parts/raw materials management, purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) into database, including all other works at Store of Steel Plants
Qualifications : Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Management/ Logistics/Supply Chain/Inventory Management
Experiences : 5+ years of working experience as Inventory Controller in Steel Plants
7. STORE IN-CHARGE – 1 POSITION – Nawalparasi – [Siddhivinayak Steel Pvt. Ltd.] – 1
Responsibilities: Overall operations of Store management, inventory control, product placement, staff management, quality compliance, comply & maintain all certification & paper works, health & safety maintenance, transport, loading/unloading, dispatch management, checking variance/min/max stock etc.
Qualifications : Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Management / Logistics/Supply Chain/Inventory Management
Experiences : 5+ years of working experience as Store In-charge/Head in Steel Plant/Factory
8. REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (RSM) – 1 POSITION – Kathmandu – [Goenka Steels Pvt. Ltd.] – 1
Responsibilities: Sales of all Steel products, payment collections, tally statements, create new customers/dealers region/area wise, follow up critical parties, channel development, enforce credit limit/sales security, formulating target/schemes, balance confirmation, handling service, train sales staff etc.
Qualifications : Bachelor/Master Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or MBA Degree
Experiences : 5+ years of working experience as Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in Steel Plant/Factory
9. SALES OFFICER – 1 POSITION – Kathmandu Valley – [Siddhivinayak Oils Pvt. Ltd.] – 1
Responsibilities: Sales of all Oil products, payment collections, tally statements, create new customers/dealers, follow up critical parties, channel development, maintain sales security, achieving target sales, balance confirmation, handling service, market analysis, maintain customer relations etc.
Qualifications : 10+2 / Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing Management
Experiences : 5+ years of working experience as Sales Officer of various FMCG (Oil Products)
10. SALES OFFICER – 1 POSITION – Kathmandu Valley – [Goenka Steels Pvt. Ltd.] – 1
Responsibilities: Sales of all Steel products, payment collections, tally statements, create new customers/dealers, follow up critical parties, channel development, maintain sales security, achieving target sales, balance confirmation, handling service, market analysis, maintain customer relations etc.
Qualifications : 10+2 / Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing Management
Experiences : 5+ years of working experience as Sales Officer in Steel Products
11. STORE & DISPATCH IN-CHARGE – 1 POSITION – Nawalparasi – [Siddhivinayak Oils Pvt. Ltd.] – 1
Responsibilities: Overall Store management, inventory control, product placement, staff management, quality/quantity verification, comply & maintain all certification & paper works, health & safety, transport, loading/unloading, all dispatch management, checking variance/min/max stock etc.
Qualifications : Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Management / Logistics/Supply Chain/Inventory/Store Management
Experiences : 5+ years of working experience as Store and Dispatch In-charge/Head in Oil Plant/Factory
12. NATIONAL SALES MANAGER (NSM) – 1 POSITION – Kathmandu – [Goenka Electronic Pvt. Ltd.] – 1
Responsibilities: Overall management of Sales of various Electronic Small Home Applicance (SHA) Products through Policy Bound Method ensuring customer optimum satisfaction, achieve Monthly/Annul Sales-Collection targets, making new Dealerships/channel development & maintenance all over Nepal. Motivate, guide, train Sales Team for optimum Sales & Revenue generation, balance confirmation of all parties, after sales service handling etc.
Qualifications : Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Management
Experiences : 5+ years of working experience as National Sales Manager (NSM) for various Electronic Small Home Applicance (SHA) Products
