1. SALES ACCOUNT CONTROL OFFICER – 1 POSITION – For Kathmandu Corporate Office – [All companies under Goenka Group]
Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day entries of all Sales related transaction details in Swastik Accounting Software. Control daily ageing data of parties / customers, check daily payment collection targets and modes of payments wheter BG, LC, Cash, or ODC/PDC Cheques. Control ageing limits and daily follow-up outstanding payment collections from parties rigorously coordinating with Sales & Marketing Team Members for status of sales, contracts, mode of payments, hedging methods, status of defaulting parties, issues encountered in payment collections, initiate legal remedies for payment collections, like BG Claim, Black-listing etc. and keep track of all Sales Transactions, follow-up with customers. Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports to Finance Head and the Management, visit Banks, negotiate with customers and all other Sales Accounting related works in strict compliance to Company’s Policy and as per instruction of Management.
Qualifications: Bachelor/Masters Degree in Business Management with Accounting/Finance Specialisation
Experiences: 2-5 years of working experience as Sales Account Controller in Manufacturing Industries and Trading House (Import/Export Business)
2. PURCHASE OFFICER – 2 POSITIONS – One each for Kathmandu Office and Bhairahawa Office – [All companies under Goenka Group]
Responsibilities: Perform all purchase related works of all companies under Goenka Group from beginning to final procurement of goods & services, Dollar Rate hedging/fixing functioning with great organizational, planning, networking & time management skills coordinating with Vendors, Banks, Customs, Logistic Companies, stock control, control of goods for any defects, insurance management and all other Purchase related works as per instruction by Management
Qualifications: Bachelors/Master Degree in Business Management/Logistics/Supply Chain Management
Experiences: 2-5 years of experience as Purchase Officer in Plant/Factories and Trading House (Import/Export Business)
3. RECOVERY OFFICER – 1 POSITION – Kathmandu – [Goenka Electronic Pvt. Ltd.]
Responsibilities: Overall management of Daily Sales Payment Accounts, controlling status of payment receivables from various parties/customers, credit limits, ageing periods, keep tag of daily Sales Payments (BG, Cash, Cheques), producing Reports to Management on Due Payment Collections, initiate payment recovery planning, prepare all recovery process related documents, coordinate with Legal Teams, Finance/Account Heads both within the Company and external Banks, for Black-listing defaulting parties, all BG related works including dealing with all payment Claim related processes to recover all Due Payments of the Company.
Qualifications: Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Management with specialisation in Accounting/Finance
Experiences: Freshers or preferably 2-5 years of working experience as Recovery Officer in Trading Business (Import/Export) and Manufacturing Industries
4. OPERATIONS & SALES / MARKETING HEAD – 1 POSITION – Bhairahawa Head Office – [Arun Hardware Pvt. Ltd.]
Responsibilities: Overall management of Sales & Operations of various Hardware Products (Cement, Steels Products like TMT Bars, Pipes, Poles, Beams, Channels, Angles, Sheets etc.) through Policy Bound Method ensuring customer optimum satisfaction, achieve Monthly/Annul Sales-Collection targets, making new Dealerships/channel development & maintenance all over Nepal. Motivate, guide, train Sales Team for optimum Sales & Revenue generation, balance confirmation of all parties, after sales service handling etc.
Qualifications: Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Management
Experiences: 2-5 years of working experience in related field with sales/marketing of Hardware Products
5. INTERNAL AUDITORS – 2 POSITIONS – One position each for Kathmandu Corporate Office and Bhairahawa Head Office – [Goenka Group.]
Responsibilities: Performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations. Obtaining, analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts, prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process, identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings, maintain open communication with management and audit committee, Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement etc.
Qualifications : Semi-qualified CA from ICAN (Nepal) with Articleship Experiences
Experiences: 3-5+ years of working experience as Internal Auditor in Industries/Trading House (Import/Export Business)
6. PRODUCTION / FACTORY HEAD – 1 POSITION – Siddhivinayak Oils Pvt. Ltd. – [Nawalparasi Factory Site]
Responsibilities: Overall day-to-day operational, production, maintenance, inventory, purchase, raw material, wastage, recycling and all other works management of Edible Oil Plant Factory for the refinary and production of Soyabean Oil, Palm-oil as well as Sunflower Oil including management of both Technical / Non-technical Staffs, Safety of all work processes, machineries, workers, controlling/maintaining all applicable National/International Quality Standards, using Material / Manpower / Machineries to optimum use, budgeting, cutting unnecessry costs, proper coordination with Logistics/Store and supervise each phases of production and report daily, weekly, monthly reports to the Management, schedule maintenance on time along with handling all Technical & Administrative works related to Oil Plant.
Qualifications: Bachelor/Masters Degree in Food Technology and Production Management
Experiences: 5+ years of working experience as Production/Factory Head in Edible Oil Industries
7. REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (RSM) – 1 POSITION – Kathmandu – [Goenka Group – GSPL, SVSPL, & AHPL)
Responsibilities: Sales of all Steel products (TMT Bars, Steel Pipes/Poles/Beams/Channels etc.), payment collections, tally statements, create new customers / dealers region /area wise, follow up critical parties, channel development, enforce credit limit/sales security, formulating target/schemes, balance confirmation, handling service, train sales staff etc.
Qualifications: Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Management
Experiences: 5+ years of working experience as Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in Steels Industries
8. REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (RSM) & AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM) – 2 POSITIONS – Kathmandu – [Goenka Electronic Pvt. Ltd.]
Responsibilities: Overall management of Sales of various Electronic Small Home Applicance (SHA) Products through Policy Bound Method ensuring customer optimum satisfaction, achieve Monthly/Annul Sales-Collection targets, making new Dealerships/channel development & maintenance all over Nepal. Motivate, guide, train Sales Team for optimum Sales & Revenue generation, balance confirmation of all parties, after sales service handling etc.
