Data Analyst Consultant
Helen Keller International is an International non-profit organization (INGO) working in health and nutrition in Nepal since 1989 to improve the nutritional status of women and young children through evidence-based research and programs. Helen Keller International, CARE, FHI 360, Nepali Technical Assistance Group (NTAG), Digital Broadcast Initiative Equal Access (DBIEA), Environment and Public Health Organization (ENPHO), Vijaya Development Resource Center (VDRC) together are implementing USAID funded Suaahara II Program in 42 districts. Applications are invited from interested, committed, dynamic team players and experienced Nepali nationals for the following positions:
Data Analyst Consultant (no.1)(1 month-30 days over the period of 60 days)
Summary of Job Purpose: The consultant will be responsible for analyzing data and writing the report on the forthcoming assessment of barriers and enablers of management of severe acute malnutrition in children below the age of five years. Furthermore, the consultant will be responsible for preparing a presentation for sharing the findings and facilitate meetings with the Nutrition Section/Family Welfare Division, the Suaahara II team and other relevant stakeholders to get their feedback to finalize the report, brief with main observations and recommendations, and a final deck of slides. All documents will be in English.
Educational qualifications and experiences: Minimum master’s degree in any field with extensive experiences with qualitative data analysis and report writing; good skill in written and verbal communication in Nepali and English.
